  • Full-Service projects vary based on scope and scale, but most begin with a design investment starting at $100,000.

    We work closely with our clients to establish a thoughtful and transparent furnishing and construction budget aligned with the overall vision of the home.

    Because each project is unique, a more detailed estimate is provided following our Discovery Call, once we have a clear understanding of your home and goals.

  • Timelines vary depending on the scope of your project, but we always recommend bringing a designer on sooner rather than later.

    New builds typically span 2–3 years. Renovation projects often take 1–2 years, depending on the level of construction.

    Furnishing-focused projects generally begin around 9 months, though timelines can fluctuate based on scope and size of your home.

  • Our approach is collaborative, but always guided.

    We lead the design process from concept through installation, streamlining decisions and presenting thoughtful, curated options so you’re never overwhelmed. We’ll involve you at key moments—such as layout direction, material selections, and final approvals—while managing the details behind the scenes.

    Whether you prefer to be closely involved or take a more hands-off approach, we tailor the experience to feel seamless and clear from start to finish.

  • Full-service design is best suited for clients undertaking a renovation, new build, or furnishing multiple spaces within the home.

    Because of the level of detail and coordination involved, we focus on projects with a comprehensive scope rather than individual rooms.

    For smaller-scale projects, we offer Studio Design, which provides a more flexible approach while still reflecting our overall aesthetic and process.

  • Yes—we regularly collaborate with architects, builders, and structural engineers on both new construction and renovation projects.

    We prefer to be involved early in the process, allowing us to contribute to the overall vision from the beginning and ensure a cohesive result from concept through completion. If you already have a team in place, we’re happy to collaborate alongside them. If not, we’re equally happy to provide referrals to trusted building partners we’ve worked with.

  • Full-home furnishing is a significant part of our work, and a cohesive aesthetic can be achieved entirely through furnishings when renovations are not required.

    We approach furnishing projects with the same level of detail and intention as a full renovation, typically focusing on complete rooms or multiple spaces to ensure a layered and cohesive result.

    For smaller-scale project, our Studio Design service offers a more flexible approach while still reflecting our overall aesthetic and process.
